Additions

CORE-5504: Add ABS Quality Improvement designation support for MOC reporting.

The American Board of Surgery's new "Quality Improvement" (Part IV) credit type can now be configured and reported through PARS as an Accredited CME Improvement Activity.

CORE-5597: Add Cadmium Payments gateway (proof of concept, disabled by default).

A proof-of-concept gateway for Cadmium Payments was added to the store. It is turned off by default and is not yet available for customer use. Existing payment gateways are unaffected.

CORE-5606: Support CE Broker subject areas on child credits.

CE Broker subject areas can now be mapped directly to a child credit, with the learner's actual claimed amount reported when no fixed amount is set. Existing parent-level and fixed-amount configurations are unchanged.

CORE-5609: Add internal Cadmium Core Customer UUID support.

A staff-only Core Customer UUID setting ties each site to its Cadmium customer record. No change for site administrators or learners.

CORE-5623: Expose middle name, prefix and core CE Broker fields to analytics.

CE Broker profession, license number, and course activity number, plus user middle name and prefix, are now available as dimensions in self-serve Analytics.

Fixes

CORE-5557: Fix clash preventing enrollment when an enrollment record is accidentally sent twice.

Enrolling the same learner twice at once, or re-enrolling a learner with a deactivated enrollment, no longer fails with an error. The Take course link also ignores a second click.

CORE-5570: Fix a false "Access denied" message after signing in through SSO from a Register link.

Learners with an existing SSO account who clicked Register on a learning group activity were signed in correctly but saw an incorrect "Access denied" banner. The banner no longer appears.

CORE-5601: Stop re-sending credit reporting failures that can never succeed, and stop retrying other failures after 3 attempts.

An SSO login that changes no profile data no longer re-queues failed credit reporting records. Failures that can never succeed are flagged "won't retry," other failures stop after 3 attempts, and records are re-queued when the course or the learner's reported data changes or when an administrator re-queues them manually.

CORE-5602: Fix Analytics completion counts doubling when an Enrollments report joins Course category or another multi-value field.

Completion counts and percent complete in the Enrollments explore now count each completion once. Affected reports will show lower, correct numbers after this release.

CORE-5617: Fix redirect when saving a new course application as a draft.

Saving a draft of a new activity application now returns the applicant to that application's edit form, preventing duplicate applications.

Changes

CORE-5592: Default new file upload fields and webform file components to private and restrict public storage.

New file upload fields and webform file components default to private storage, and only the primary administrator account can choose public storage. Existing fields and files are unchanged.
