CORE-5142: Add the ability for EthosCE Staff to configure a cutoff threshold for processed reminders. 

• We have added the ability for EthosCE Staff to fine-tune the performance of the reminders on your site, ensuring that your site sends reminders when expected.  

• If you have been experiencing delays in reminders on your site, please open a support ticket in the EthosCE Support Portal for assistance in tuning your site’s reminders. 

Changes  

CORE-5139: Update lookup query to improve Record Importer performance.  

• We have made improvements to the course record importer to make it behave in a more stable fashion when importing very large files. 

CORE-5148: Update credit reporter emails with improved agnostic language (Fig 2 and 3).  

• We heard your feedback on the changes we made to the credit reporter emails in Version 7.85, and have introduced further updates to the email text, by adding a sentence to explain why a learner may be receiving the email.

Fixes

CORE-5144: Fix an issue where the CTC Object Course Report does not update the Status column.  

• We have corrected a bug where the status column in the Commitment to Change Course Report would always read “Open” regardless of the actual status of the Commitment to Change. 

CORE-5149: Prevent anonymous users from downloading files uploaded via the external credit form.  

• We have resolved a bug where files uploaded to the External Credit form could be viewed by users who are not logged in to EthosCE by navigating to the file URL. After the release, these files will require users to log-in prior to viewing. 

CORE-5066: Fix an issue where quiz result endpoints return a 403 error.  

• We have resolved an issue that could lead to the quiz result and quiz result answer web service endpoints returning a 403 error when queried. For more information on EthosCE’s Web Services, please see our Web Services Documentation. 

CORE-5150: Fix an issue where images and links can be injected into credit type facets. 

• We have implemented a security fix to prevent a malicious user from injecting images and links into the credit type facets on the course catalog.
