EthosCE Release Notes
January 2024
Version 7.76
In this month’s release, we identified and fixed several bugs in the system. The release includes several different enhancements and new features including easier configuration of the credit types introduced in Version 7.75, facilitates quicker configuration of EthosCE’s Convey integration, sets the stage for EthosCE’s new Zoom application, makes the ACCME tab more user-friendly, and includes several bug fixes.
Additions
CORE-4902: We have added the new credit types from Version 7.75 to EthosCE Core, which makes configuring these credit types quicker and easier on new and existing customer sites.
- For a list of available credit types, access this link: EthosCE User Guide: Available credit types
CORE-4934: We have made it easier to configure Convey on customer sites by making Convey configurations available to EthosCE Staff.
Changes
CORE-4588: Background work has been completed to prepare for new Zoom OAuth application final release
CORE-4922: We have updated the Delivery Method picklist on the ACCME tab to be conditional based on Activity Format.
CORE-4931: We have disabled the instant send reminder to address duplicate emails issue
- We have uncovered a bug in the instant send reminder option that resulted in duplicate reminders being sent to users. While we investigate the issue further, we have disabled the Instant Send reminder option. Reminder emails will now send in batches every 15 minutes rather than instantly upon trigger.
Fixes
CORE-4928: We resolved an issue that prevented certificates associated with disabled credit types from being downloaded. After this fix, users will be able to download legacy certificates with credit types that were enabled when the user earned them but are no longer enabled.
